A new convivial experience at the restaurant
Since he settled in the Médoc in 2017, our chef Julien Lefebvre has been dedicated to honouring the work of local producers and enhancing the finest of their seasonal products.
Julien Lefebvre, member of the Nouvelle Aquitaine region within the Collège Culinaire de France, and his team invite you to join us for an evening featuring three of our producers-craftsmen, ambassadors of our Médoc heritage. A chance to experience a menu which stems from this close collaboration, and to meet the people who help us preserve the local art of living.
